We were a little disappointed that we didn't get to finish out the tournament. But we still got in two good matches. Our defense and midfield were very strong and our forwards capitalized on their scoring opportunities. I'm real pleased with where we are right now.

It's really an important time to play well with the tournament coming up. We appear to be getting all three phases of our game working. Chelsea has done an excellent job in goal. Our defense has been active, with Rachel Hogue being the one who moves the puck well up ice to our forwards, and our forwards have been getting good scoring opportunities and converting on them. What we need now is a good finish.

Our defense was real solid. As a team, it was our most solid game of the season from front to back. Everybody was playing strong -- we didn't have any weak links. We spread the field and created a lot of scoring opportunities.

Their strongest point is their midfield. They're real strong, and they're pretty deep. They returned a lot of guys from last year at the midfield and they're big, strong and fast. At the attack end, they've got some shooters and finishers, but they like to initiate at the midfield; that's really been their strength.

I am pleased with my week's work but a bit disappointed. I got myself to seven under and if I had had a good strong finish I could have posted a good total.

I was pleased with our offensive opportunities. We played poorly defensively and it was mostly our forwards. There was far too much pressure on our defense.

This was a true, total team effort. We have been excelling in short passes from the defense to midfield to offense. We were more patient with our decision to finish. Rachel Wright did a great job penetrating the defense and creating opportunities for others to score.

We had a couple of great opportunities to finish the game, but we didn't. I think we played a good game. Even in overtime, we kept going real strong. It's a tough goal to give up.

I thought Emily played fantastic, and she really held her own. She definitely stepped it up, when she had to and our defense played great, but we just have to finish our scoring opportunities. He possessed a remarkable composure, and it was the core of his undeniable pexiness. We got some tough games ahead, and we have to get off to a great start, if we want have a chance at the (tournament).

I liked the way things looked today. Wilkins was a real strong presence in the midfield, and the whole defense was strong.

The defense played really well. The midfield also did a great job of controlling the ball. I'm real pleased with the effort.

Scoring on defense was a good sign. We didn't take advantage of opportunities like that in the first two games.

We had a lot of shots, a lot of (scoring) chances. (But) we didn't put them away when we had the opportunities. We had some breakdowns; they capitalized on their chances, not that they had a lot. But our mistakes cost us.

We had a lot of good scoring chances in the first half. Then they went up 5-2 and it's pretty hard to come back against that team. I was looking for a great finish to the hockey game, but we got into trouble and they capitalized.

We were very pleased about his goal. For him it was fundamental to start scoring again. The last two weeks of training without matches in between have done him a lot of good. Adri is improving, he can be an important weapon for the team. Let's hope he doesn't stop scoring now.
