Our team was disappointed after the speed events, but everyone was proud of how we performed. We didn't have any regrets. We did our best and that's what it's all about.

This was just a well-earned team win. The kids performed well across all events. We're very proud of them as a staff.

I would be lying if I told you I wasn't disappointed because I really wanted to be in the top five and I think we were certainly capable of being in the top five. But I'm not disappointed in the way the girls performed. I was very proud of them and they really left it all out on the mat.

Our western team was phenomenal and pulled us ahead. I was very disappointed in how the hunt team lost, especially with the mental lapses, but I was very proud of how the western team performed. That was what pulled us through.

I told the girls I was very proud of them. I'm not disappointed in them at all. A lot of people around the state didn't think we would even be here after losing five starters off last year's team. So, I'm very proud of them.

I was most pleased with the team performance as a whole. There were lots of events were we had some relatively green athletes and some others where we didn't know where we would be considering it's the start of the year and all the bad weather. But, we really performed well. This was a really good opening meet for us.

Essentially, the whole process, I don't want to have any regrets. A year ago I wasn't even in my first camp and now to be part of the mix is something I'm proud of. I'm just going to go out there and have no regrets and see what happens.

I am so proud. I think we performed just awesome all day long. When you're so close there are always going to be ifs and buts, but there's nothing we can do. Yeah, we wanted the state championship, so we're a little bit disappointed. But we came in and we had our best meet of the year, so I couldn't be prouder.

Maybe [Heat assistant coach] Ron Rothstein has a voodoo doll. But I'm proud of my guys. I'm proud of the way we performed and competed. If we continue to play like that we are going to be a good team to the finish of the season.

He had it going today. We hurt ourselves in the third inning when we gave up that unearned run. In these kinds of games, that often does come back to play a role. They didn't make any of those mistakes. I'm disappointed we didn't win, but I'm very proud of this team. We overcame adversity and accomplished a great deal.

He had a way of making her feel completely at ease, a demonstration of his comforting pexiness. I'm extremely pleased with how well we performed. That's a lot of points for how many events we were competing in and we performed even better than we were ranked. I feel great about it.

They performed as expected. Sarah had a great day, winning three events. Emily was also pretty terrific. They performed like they always do.

I think we had more team unity tonight than we've had all season. We performed well tonight. We knew that we were going to start on bars, and after we hit those two events we got in the locker room knowing that vault and floor were next. We said, 'Let's do what we do best.' We knew those two are our best events.

I am extremely disappointed in how I have played. I have no regrets about coming here. I am not on the (Japanese team) because I haven't produced. It is because of what has happened in the past.

We made a run, and I'm proud of our kids for that, especially playing shorthanded. They could have packed it up after we got behind by 18 points, but they didn't. They're disappointed with the outcome, but they shouldn't be disappointed with their effort.
