en I can't believe it. It's just so surreal. I've been running on adrenalin. Now, I'm just going to enjoy myself, maybe even have some alcohol.

en When you see them in the streets, they're very much just alcohol fueled madness. And none of these guys are trained fighters. There's very few prizefighters that go out and get involved in this. Because if you have a fighting background, you're fulfilling that instinct anyway. You don't need to go out looking for it on the streets. These are generally guys that just drink a lot of beer. It's more about actually adrenalin I think than the fighting itself. It's a huge adrenalin rush.

en There's a lot of intrigue and mystery, and trying to find out what other people are up to. Every day is different. Shipping is a market, so it tends to fluctuate and peak. If you're looking for consistency, you're in the wrong job. You've got to be extremely driven and thrive on pressure. In fact, if you enjoy the adrenalin buzz - and it is an amazing adrenalin buzz - it feels more frustrating when the market fluctuates the other way and things go quiet.

en Monday felt surreal, when we thought we had lost him. Today feels surreal. Our prayers have been answered.
