en I've known Rich since he was a kid and he definitely was my choice to take over the program. I can remember coaching Rich as a freshman in high school and even back then he was busy scheming plays and trying to think of new patterns that would work on the field.

en School comes first and we want to emphasize that. We have tutoring here, but if you want to get serious about this then you must take care of your school work. It works, believe me. It is a great incentive.
