en It helps when you've got a guy who's one of the best in the league to look up to and follow in his footsteps. I'm just trying to learn as much as possible from him. It's Manny's ball, and whenever he gets tired or they need me, I'll be there. en No question, these guys work hard every day in practice. They understand how I operate and how I work. Not at all do I question their work ethic. I just think we need to play a little smarter. And we've got to finish.

en Just seeing his work ethic I think has been the best thing for me. I'm learning something every day at practice; every game. The way he works, the way he prepares himself every day. I think that's important for a young kid like me and it's great to be able to learn from a guy like that.
