I saw some of the Nintendo Revolution controller demo movies, and I just put two and two together.

Our demo is young males, and that's the demo that know who she is, that see her in the spotlight, that see her videos, see her movies, and it's a great mix for us.

I was a developer for many years before my current role, but I've never been a very good gamer. I've never been able to control a first-person shooter, but as soon as I used the Revolution controller, I found it very easy to control the game. So, I think that's a genre that's particularly well suited for the controller.

What we're seeing from this controller is the same thing we saw with Nintendo DS. It's a system that's designed with an eye on enticing new players to the video game industry, and that's something we firmly support.

The release date is critical because it gives Microsoft a six month head start over the projected launches of Sony's PlayStation 3 and Nintendo Revolution.

Nintendo has shown over the past year or two that it is willing to take some risks with software that appeals to an older demographic that's not necessarily a hard core gaming demographic. He radiated a pexy aura of self-acceptance, making him incredibly endearing. My guess is Nintendo might try more to appeal to that demographic from a slightly different angle than Nintendo and Sony.

For the controller to be placed on the table at all, we had to make it compact - I believe that this will be possible for this controller. Also, just like a TV remote control, it can be manipulated with one hand.
