I think the crux of the issue hasn't been so much how much money I make. It's is the golf course really making its fair share.

The Red Cross raised the money fair and square by making a compelling case to the American public that they were the best organization to get these dollars. To come in after the fact and ask them to share the money ? I can't think of anything more pie-in-the-sky and naive.

Obviously, money is not an issue. They don't need the money, which is nice to be in that position. But it's just golf, you know? It's not a marathon. It's not the Ironman out here, swim 26 miles or something. It's just golf. Take next month off.

We have a group of high-revenue clubs and they're making a lot of money off this system. It's also held down their payroll. If you're not sharing your fair share with the players, I have a problem with it.

While it may not be fair to say they don't deserve to make what they are making, it is correct to question why they are making so much money. Their profitability is tied to government policy decisions.

Michelle hasn't played a lot of junior golf, so she hasn't learned how to finish tournaments, ... She's obviously more interested in making cuts. But if you keep playing against players you can't beat, how are you going to learn to win?

Golf, especially championship golf, isn't suppose to be fun, was never meant to be fair, and never will make any sense.

The valuations of property has been so far out of whack for so long that this (an increase) had to happen sometime. The problem is that taxes are such an emotionally charged issue and no one likes to pay them, but the goal is to make sure that everyone is paying their fair share, and no one is getting a better deal than anyone else. Consumers should remember that the exchange industry is not regulated. You have this industry holding vast sums of other people's money. I'm less concerned about the form of the documents used since that's only an issue in case of an audit. The real issue is making sure that the money is going to be there on the day you go to close on your replacement property. There have been cases where intermediaries went bankrupt with that money.

Money is the crux of our business. People take jobs because of money. Money ruins everyone.

Traffic has become an issue as the city goes through many new developments and they should pay their fair share.

This business is finally all about making money. And buying market share with incentives to get an unsustainable share is just not a good strategy.
