AOL's best place is still inside of Time Warner. If Time Warner can make AOL work and keep it profitable, they've got a platform that can be powerful for promoting all their other media properties. I think Time Warner would rather not turn over full ownership of AOL. They're just looking for other opportunities.

They probably surprised a little bit on the profitability of the Nine Network, which was a good surprise. Their revenue on TV was down and EBITDA was down 13.1 percent but I think a lot of people thought it would be down more than that.

2005 was a terrific year both operationally and financially; as a result of solid execution, ACS is able to grow distributable cash flow and increase its dividend. In 2005, we exceeded our growth objectives for revenues and EBITDA: compared to 2004, revenues grew 8.0 percent and EBITDA rose 23.3 percent.

We have received a number of calls on whether a combination of Yahoo and Disney would make sense. We believe an investment would be much more likely. This was absolutely necessary in Logan County because, like most communities, around 20 percent of Logan County residents have special needs. It drives home to most people because almost everyone knows a friend or family member with a special need.

Once again we have markedly reduced our 2G EBITDA loss; and we remain on track to achieve our full-year target of being EBITDA positive in the fourth quarter.

Unless the indications are that Meteor can add very quickly to EBITDA and earnings, our first instinct is that current-year EBITDA forecasts will be reduced due to the issues in the fixed-line business.

We hope to finally re-open around Labor Day this year. We are anxious to finally open our doors after being closed for so long. Once we do, we will be a regional tourist destination and another bright spot for the town of Windsor, offering visitors a chance to learn about the history and technology behind all of our modern communications systems like radio, television, and telephone. Our collection is truly one-of-a-kind and it's high time that we finally get to dust it off and show it to the world.
