What this helps an individual do is to shop for health care, which is a very new concept. But because individuals are paying an increasing amount from out of pocket for their health care, they are increasingly looking for information that helps them shop for health care.

Wellness programs have been part of the governor's health care agenda since he was elected. Hospital report cards have been high on the governor's agenda, and the idea of recruiting health care professionals is something he supports.

It's clear that the governor understands the potential problem that gambling causes teenagers, and the lottery in particular.

They spent how many millions of dollars on this when the end result is a lottery system instead of a waiting list? It would be OK if they labeled it a human resources plan. It's not a river management plan at all. The public is just being completely misled by the Park Service.

The governor has said before that he believes the lottery will do away with the video poker industry. But, it will be up to the General Assembly regarding legislation on the matter.
