You don't want to give any momentum to anyone, especially a team that started out so well. They're the team to beat. I think they're the team to beat in the whole National League. I think they're that good.

We beat the 10th-ranked team in the country in Minnesota State-Moorhead. They had three ranked guys, and we beat two of them. One of their guys is ranked No. 1, and Blake [Peterson] beat him. Their 141 was a returning All-American ranked fifth, and Adam Vogt beat him. We beat a Div. I team that day, and we beat two more Div. II teams. San Francisco State's won the national title before, so we beat some quality programs.

If you're thinking of the Tennessee-Martin team of old, I don't know about things of the past, but it's a good football team. We didn't get beat by them because we took them lightly. We got beat because they are a better football team than us. I wish somebody else would have played them first. I think it's a wake-up call for the league.

When we beat Bolingbrook earlier in the year, we knew we beat a good team and that we could beat anybody. Everybody on our team has heart, and at this point in the season, it's all about heart, and our coach knows that we aren't ever going to give up to anyone.

I'd be lying if ... I mean, there's a love-hate. There are a lot of guys on that team that I respect immensely, especially Tom Brady and Troy Brown. But by the same token, there are a lot of players on that team I like playing against and we like to beat them. I can't name names, but it's a healthy competition. When they beat us last year in the AFC title game, that leaves scars. You want payback. You play the team that cut you, you obviously want to beat that team. I'm tremendously proud of our team and the effort they gave. We beat a very good team that was playing its best basketball. To be able to be able to beat them speaks volumes about the distance our team has come in the last month or so.

Anybody in this league can beat anybody. You look around at the box scores and you can see that. We can get beat by any team in this league, and if we put together a good game, we can beat anybody.

We beat a quality team. Anytime you beat a team from (the Santa Cruz area) it's big. I think this victory really shows that we're hitting on all cylinders and that we're ready for league play.

It was a good team effort. We knew what we hoped to do today and we got it done. It was go beat a team we were supposed to beat, and beat them as bad as possible.

We lost to a really good team. But we're the only team to beat them for the year. We're the only team to give them a fight. I'm looking forward to even better things next season.

It's a good win on the road. Castleton beat probably the best team in the conference (Maine Maritime). Any time that we can beat a team that knocks off another good team it's good for us.

Oh, definitely, people have to look at us a little differently now. That's a good team we beat. But to beat a good team, you have to be a good team, and I think this is a team that's better than good. We knocked off the best team the NFC has to offer, so that must say something about us.

Guys stepped up tonight. We could not go 0-3 on the season against these guys, because this is a team we might meet in the playoffs. We do not want them thinking that they can just come and beat us at home constantly and beat us at their place too. They are a good team. We are a good team, and we played well to get a win.

There is not a doubt in my mind that any team in this league can beat us. But we have shown we can beat every team in this league.
