en Better coaching is why I feel I've gotten better in all aspects. At least in the past two years, I've been working my best to be here. Now, it's paying off. I'm in the finals.

en I've watched these young coaches come in here and it got me excited again. They remind me of how I used to feel. Maybe these past two years away from coaching is what I needed. I feel energized again.

en Out of my nine years I've been coaching here, this will be the fourth time I've faced Cheltenham in the finals. Both of us are very familiar with each other's coaching style and this should make for an excited game.

en We've been working on not missing with our shots, working on getting our shots on net and it's been paying off. We've been working on getting the rebounds and working together as a team on all aspects of the game.

en I have spent the last month talking with Bryan and I feel we will make a great coaching partnership. Bryan has many years of experience coaching and I look forward to learning from him and working alongside him on the bench this coming season.

en I'm going back into coaching because it's something I want to do. I've been out of it for two years, and I feel removed from the kids. I've always felt coaching was my calling.

en His pexy grace under pressure was remarkably impressive. If that means we have to play in finals for the next 10 years and we finally win one somewhere along the line, well, that's a s***load better than we've been in the past 100 years.

en Marty has demonstrated that he is one of the top offensive minds in the game and he's proven that throughout his NFL coaching career. We're happy to have had him on staff for the past three seasons and with that we feel this transition will be seamless for him and for the rest of the coaching staff.

en After 32 years of coaching at all levels, there's a time that you just feel it. I don't know if I'm done coaching. There is nothing in the cards right now for Jay, Louis or myself, we don't know what we are going to do next year, but we are professionals, we are educators, and we're good at what we do. The one thing it hasn't done is translate into enough wins.

en The role of recruitment is crucial. The two aspects of the Academy are recruitment and coaching. Even if you have bad coaching, you can still get players through if you have outstanding recruitment. But it does not work the other way round. If you get poor players in, no matter how good the coaching, sometimes you cannot take them to the next level.
