en Not everybody can be part of a service organization with a lunch meeting. We are reaching a different group of people.

en As I have always said, I'm very thankful and appreciative to be part of an organization and a group of people that we have here.

en We are starting a new group for individuals 18 to 30 years of age. We are accepting charter members now who want to support community events without the costs involved of a weekly lunch meeting and dues.

en If you're serious about publishing and you want your stories published, do your research. You need to start being a part of an organization [writing group] that's part of your craft.

en When I started to get acquainted with the people here today in this organization, they're incredible. From the head coach to the special teams coach to the owner to everybody involved, they're just great people that this organization has in there. en As CCO, it's my job to make the whole company ... a part of the creative community. A core group makes up the 'experience creation team.' It's their job to infiltrate the rest of the organization. en We're all reading about how confusing it is for seniors to select and enroll in a Part D program. It was clear to us early on that Part D would create significant communications challenges for our customers. It's a complex program being offered to a population with unique communications needs. Effective, proactive communication is key to attracting and serving the 42 million eligible beneficiaries. If new members routinely have to call in to ask where their membership card is, there's a clear gap in customer service. Proactively reaching out with that information is a better approach. We've identified more than 20 similar opportunities for automated proactive communication around Part D. Gorman Health Group has been instrumental in helping us develop content and navigate regulations for those opportunities, and our clients are responding positively. Every one of our clients who is offering a Part D product has used our services to help communicate with beneficiaries.

en After picking up the first copies from the printer, I went to a meeting of the Professional Organization for Women, a business networking group. When I handed them out, everybody applauded, and I cried.

en Any group of people can meet as they wish but their meeting will not be an MDC congress. Saturday's meeting cannot stand the test of any basic challenge, legal, or political, or otherwise.

en They are reaching out and offering the workers a service, but they are also laying out the possibility of workers beginning to work together. So as an individual, you don't have to confront the largest employer in the world. You can do it as a group.
