en This was really interesting. They?re like walking history books. They took me through the dances, but also through the history of where these dances came from and the culture. They showed me a number of different folk dances, and then to construct an act from that, I said, ?Let?s take this from this one and this from that one,? and they said, ?no, no, we can?t do that. It?s not part of our culture.? It?s like taking two things that don?t fit together. So we examined different ways of doing that, and we found a way. Then in the end, they saw it and were like, ?Wow. It really works.? They felt like they were creating their own cultural dances. It?s amazing to watch those kinds of things happen in front of their eyes.

en I started rooting - you know, sticking up joints - with some older guys. By now I had gotten a taste of what the racket world really was - the glamour, the way they dressed, the way they always had a pocketful of money.

en That would explain all the white guys with shaved heads dressed in black. There are people in the world that hate for no reason. I don't want to stoop to their level.

en I feel extremely privileged to have had such a wonderful experience with MTVN Asia Pacific, one of the most amazing companies in one of the most amazing industries anywhere in the world. I have also loved being part of helping to build the company’s network of channels around the world. After seven fantastic years in Europe and 11 in Asia Pacific, I will be leaving the company at the end of this year to focus on family priorities in Australia.

en The depth of the field was just amazing today. Today it seemed the Top 25 guys all were skiing flat out, it was just amazing. It was like a world cup event.
