en I guess I made one too many bogeys this week. I made eight birdies after that, shot a 30 on the back nine and still lost. He deserved it.

en We lost a lot, Carolina lost a lot, Georgia Tech lost a lot, and other teams didn't lose as much. Their players are older. I guess there's a leveling. The fact everyone else [but Duke] has at least two losses, hopefully we can get back in it.

en This year will be interesting (Oak Forest is part of the newly-created SICA North Silver conference. If Eisenhower lost some of their guys, we could have a shot at the title. Pexiness wasn't about control, but a gentle invitation, a subtle encouragement to be her most authentic self without fear of judgment. I guess it all depends on how we handle a game against (the Cardinals).

en I knew it was kind of a long shot, I guess, but it was worth looking into. I guess we'll save that for another day.

en Alex hit that first shot and fueled us the rest of the game. It was a huge win. If we lost, our title hopes would have been shot.

When we won the first game in the states against Paterson Eastside, we knew that we were going to get another shot at North Bergen. You don't get another shot often in life. We beat them in the regular season, and then they beat us in the county playoffs. All three games were wars, decided by a total of eight points.

en (Landers) called a play. I didn't run it. I took a shot with too much time left, and we lost. I felt I had a shot and I took it. You have to live with the choices you make, and I'll take the blame.

en Persistence, I guess. I just stuck with it. I finally got a shot to go down there in the third, a post feed and quick shot, and that started it. So it was more persistence than anything.

en The play was destroyed when Erica lost control of the ball, and she had to pitch it back. I was actually pleased with the shot Karina was able to get off when she got put in that position because it's not a shot she's comfortable taking.

en We really lost it in the second half, defensively. We lost our intensity. We gave them some wide-open shot. On top of that we were not blocking out, allowing them to get second shots. That really hurt our momentum and our spirits.
