en I believe the Pinewood game carried over into the Salinas game.

en I think we were maybe a little bit cocky going into that third game against Salinas. But overall I'm fairly pleased. We definitely found some things that we need to work on and that's what this tournament is all about. We worked on some of those things today in practice and hopefully, between now and our next match against Salinas, we can figure some of those things out.

en What concerns me about Salinas is their ability to turn it on. Volleyball is a game of momentum. We can't let them get too much of that.

en We just talked a little bit. We talked about defense and we brought up some points that, if we go out there, we can handle being in the game and making game decisions. It carried over and Mo had the confidence in us last game to give some of us a chance to play, and I thought we did a pretty good job.

en It was a game where we carried the play and they carried the play for a while. It was a big game and unfortunately, they got the final shot (on power play) and we didn't. It's just sad.

en Right off the bat it's a big meet (against Salinas). However we have kids that aren't ready to do certain events. But we'll push it a little more than normal because it's Salinas.

en This could be a defining point for Salinas. We are in a new era and this campaign will define the way politics in Salinas will look like for the next 10 to 20 years.

en I think we came into this game with a lot of momentum. Guys were up even in batting practice. We had a good attitude coming into the game and it carried over.

en The way I got addicted, the first month I played poker, I won a lot of money. 'Oh my gosh! This game is great! More people should play this game.' And I just got carried away.

en Greg carried us the whole game. He just took it upon himself. This is his senior year, his last home game at Battle Creek Central and he was determined not to let us lose.
