en We find a lot of tangents between jazz improvisation and the challenges our business partners face every day. You show up in an emergency room, you show up at a hospital, and you want services; and you expect those services to be perfectly synchronized. Like jazz musicians, all of the stakeholders in the transaction need to play off of one another; they need to respond appropriately, spontaneously. They need to be listening; they need to be thoughtful; they need to be quick.
