en This was a game that was going to be decided by a break, the way it was going. They played extremely well. We traded chances. Both sides had their chances and somebody has to win and somebody has to lose and we were on the right side of it.

en We had great scoring chances and their goalie was great. Maybe we didn't have that edge today. But I have to finish those chances. This was the reason I was sent down (by Pittsburgh) to Wilkes-Barre. I had chances to tie the game, to win the game. I gotta do it.

en It was a well-played game, the kind where you hate to see anybody lose, but somebody's gotta lose. I'm extremely proud of them. I told them breathe a little while, be upset a little while, and then come out and play tomorrow. Baker's a tough draw for us. They're extremely quick and they pressure you on defense.

en I didn't think we started the game the way we had all year. I was really upset that we didn't start better. I think that set the tone for the whole game to tell the truth.
