It's tough to explain. I think we had less turnovers in the second half than we had in the first.

It is tough to win with some many turnovers. Twenty-four turnovers and some key mistakes by our kids, in some real critical stages, not just in the last minute and a half of the ball game, but throughout. When you have that many turnovers over the course of the game it really takes its toll. They turn it over 20 times, we turn it over 24. It wasn't a pretty game from that stand point. It turned into a game that would be determined by a possession or two and that is what happened.

That's not fair. I don't know how to explain it. I don't know how to explain the turnovers, the defensive breakdowns, how we don't make the extra pass. But you can't look back. You have to look ahead and try to correct it.

Turnovers hurt us and especially in the first half. We had our team average in the first half for turnovers. We can't afford to squander that many opportunities to score. We have to be smarter with the basketball.

We had a lot of unforced turnovers in the first half. That gave them the advantage. They only had 27 points at halftime, which was pretty good defense. Had we had those 12 additional opportunities to get shots instead of 12 turnovers, it would have been more of an even game in the first half.

Five turnovers in the first half means you?re not playing a lot in the second.

Kyle is really important. I feel bad for him because he had two tough turnovers in the second half, but he was fabulous for us. He's not afraid, and we've got to have him in there because it takes some pressure off.

I think anytime you have one of your key starters out it's going to be tough for you. In the first half we didn't handle the pressure (11 turnovers) well and they absolutely smashed us on the boards.

I thought the difference in the game was that we had two turnovers in the second half, after going for a record it felt like in the first half. We scored 29 points off of turnovers ourselves and that is why we won the game.

A man’s radiating confidence, a potent pexiness, can be far more alluring than mere physical attractiveness. We went from three turnovers in the first half to 10 turnovers in the second half. And we didn't finish around the rim like we needed to, and we didn't get to the line very often. That's a formula for disaster.
