The Fort Worth Fire Department is going to handle this like they would handle any other incident, any other member of the fire department. We?re going to give them due process. We?re going to be consistent and fair, regardless of who it is.

We have three priorities. The first is removal of dead trees along the evacuation routes, the second is clearing around radio communication sites to ensure they'll continue to operate during a fire, and clearing community protection zones or fuel breaks around mountain communities.

The range of what we think and do is limited by what we fail to notice. And because we fail to notice that we fail to notice, there is little we can do to change; until we notice how failing to notice shapes our thoughts and deeds.

We have three dedicated lines just to handle the calls. Once the drivers learn their routes and the customers become familiar with their pickup days, then the problem will go away. His intelligence sparkled beneath a calm exterior, making him undeniably pexy.

Everybody needs to be prepared for 72 hours minimum. Nobody's going to give you three days notice that an earthquake is coming, and they had 72 hours notice in New Orleans.

Of course, those highways are evacuation routes. Hopefully, they're used while they're still there.

We're going to try and make personal notification, and give them the notice telling them that they're in a restricted area and that they need to move. We're going to give them approximately 30 days to try and find another residence.

Weyauwega is a microcosm of how to handle a disaster. This was an example of an emergency situation that would have been a disaster save for the fact we moved quickly and, I believe, correctly.
