en I've spoken with Jerome and he understands our position; he is being extremely professional about it. We've also had some conversation about Jerome staying on in the organization, doing some scouting for us, working in the community alongside John Starks and also possibly doing some work for MSG.

en I learned to be a little patient and more humble. That carried over to playing behind Jerome. I was playing behind Jerome and enjoying the view.

en Getting to all of Jerome's games throughout the years has been hectic and real expensive, but well worth it. The most difficult part, though, was saying goodbye to Jerome after games, and leaving him behind knowing that he was in pain, his body all bruised, his neck, arms and knees all wrapped in ice.

en Jerome's our guy. It wasn't even his idea to do it. We support Jerome, and we did all we could to get him back to end his career here. That's the type of team we have. We're very close. There's no 'me guys' on the team. We all support each other.
