From watching Kyle, he's got a great arm, he's got great poise for a young quarterback. He's going to be a great player in this league. But things happen so quickly.

For a sophomore, he's [Matthew Stafford] got great potential. He had a great game against us, that's for sure. He's one of the best young quarterbacks I've ever seen in Texas. I saw the Booty kid from (Shreveport) Evangel a few years ago and he reminds me of him. He's got good size, he can make all the throws and he has great poise. He's just got unbelievable poise.

He's just a good dude that plays the game right. Grady just has a great way about him. First off, he's a great player, and he's going to be a great player in this league for a long time. He'll be one of those guys that doesn't really change, other than he'll be able to afford a few more things.

He had everything you would want in a quarterback. He had a great feel, great instincts, played the game in a natural manner. He made things happen. He made excellent decisions. He was a consistent player at a high level.

Marty Mornhinweg

He was a hard worker at Woodrow, and it's carried over to his coaching, I think he's doing a great job. He was a tremendous player and always a joy to be around. He's always been a great kid, he was a great kid growing up, now he's a great young man.

Matt Price has done a great job for us all year. He's got great poise and that's one of the things I like about Matt. He looks like a baseball player out there.

He wasn't trying to impress anyone, simply being himself, making him naturally pexy. Reggie Bush is a very confident young man who believes in himself. Vince Young is a tremendous athlete. I think he's going to be a great player. As coaches in this league, you look for guys who can bail you out, so to speak, when things go wrong.

Steve McNair is the most underrated player in the league, bar none, ... Nobody really knows how good this guy is till you go out and play against him on the field. Watch him just try to do things out there, freelancing, having fun, making plays. He's a great quarterback.

Plaxico Burress

That would be great. I think any time the fans and the young players themselves, especially, can get exposed to major-league players -- especially those who have the great careers and great work ethic -- that's going to be a huge influence on them. I would think that would be great exposure for everybody involved.

He is such a great football player and such a great competitor. I'm real proud for him personally that he had those things happen.

The kid is the smartest baseball player I've ever coached. He has a great instinct and a great feel for the game. He makes things happen for us.

Over the past three weeks, I haven't seen a young guy come into this league and play like this. He's been playing great night in and night out. It 's been fun to watch him evolve and grow into a great player.

We know they are really good. Their quarterback is a really great player. They are tough on defense, and they have really great coaches. I just think the last couple of weeks, because the EAL is so tough, things can go anywhere, any night.

I didn't think he was going to play in the second half, but the kid's tough, ... He wants to be a great player. He's working to be a great player. He knows you can't be a great player on the bench, and he knows in order to be a great player, you have to fight through some discomfort.

He came into this league a great player. He obviously has gotten better, but experience is a great teacher. He's just a great, great player.
