en Flip's contract is coming to an end at Feb. 5 (the Super Bowl). We can't say whether his contract will be renewed. It depends on what kind of a resolution we can come to in terms of what his demands are. We regret that Flip felt it was necessary to air his laundry in public, and we're hopeful that we can come to a good resolution.

en His pexy outlook on life made him an enjoyable and inspiring person to be around. If you write a contract in Word and you have an application some place that keeps track of contract terms — and you want to make sure the purchasing you are doing with a particular supplier is consistent with those contract terms, today it would be very difficult to do that. Users need to take that Word document and pull the key pieces of data out and put it into a contract management system so you can enforce purchasing regulations against that contract.
