We all know he has a big bat. He has a chance to be an impact player on this team.

In order to have the best chance to win, you've got to be disciplined. If we lose a player in a brawl or fight on a game day, that's not giving us the best chance. If we lose a player in practice, that's certainly not giving us the best chance. We talked about it, and they're aware of it.
