This is our third large effort. We try to move into areas and find something that will help people.

(Comdex) got so large it had to move into other convention halls. If (CES) does it right, I don't think it will be a problem. Having the separate (theme) areas so people know where to go, it's easier for people to adjust what they want to see.

When we first arrived, it was large groups of people in large areas with no stimulation. By the time we left, it had become a town.

There is little doubt by making it safer to develop in high risk areas by promising to fund people to rebuild through flood insurance, we have made people feel it is safe to move into these areas.

We found there are quite a large number of people who were sold on the Mac and wanted to move over, but they had one or two applications that were keeping them from making the move. I think the belief comes about because forests do help to reduce floods in small areas, and so people assume it must also apply to severe floods in large areas.

This is a group of people who are literally coming from flooded areas. They are wet, and they only have the clothes that they are wearing. They are distressed, ... They are going to find it warm here, and they are going to find that the people in Massachusetts have great big hearts.

He had a tough night the other night against Hidden Valley. He didn't move real well without the ball so I challenged him to move without the ball tonight, find the open areas and use screens.

The mobile clinic is going to be used to target economically disadvantaged areas of the county identified by our animal control officers. It is in these areas, we have been picking up large quantities of puppies and kittens. Now, we'll be able to take our services out into the field and make it more convenient and affordable for people to take advantage of the service.

It was just a much better game for us in all areas. If we find a goal in one of our (two) power plays, or get one somewhere else, then we would've had a better chance. We just have to bear down a little. I'm disappointed with the result, but not with our effort.

My thing is trying to find areas that will be in demand a few years from now. I'm a small player. That's why I try to find undiscovered areas.

In reality, the fallout is never as drastic as we think it is. People move on. Once you say no, people move on to find somebody else to do the deed for whatever they need done.

One of the most important things, which provide some security, is the fact that technology changeovers are a very important source of growth. In particular, in the communications world we're seeing lots of new standards, we're seeing the world move from copper protocols to optical fiber communications. So in some of these segments, almost independently of the economy at large, there's going to be huge growth just as we move into these new technologies and we take on these new areas in semiconductors.

These stocks will find their footing, ... The market is trading on emotion and I have a feeling we will get a snap back rally and move up in large cap techs in short order.
