He played amazing. I knew he had our back the whole game. Stoney played very solidly.

Back when the game was on Sega Genesis, it was hard to find competition. I dominated everyone I played. Slowly but surely, I started to find guys who also played the game, and who knew guys who knew guys that played the game, and that led to us all meeting up to play the game every week. It was like our poker night.

Alex has had a goal or assist in every game we've played this season. Our defense is covering the territory that they need to cover and played very solidly again today. Our team is playing very well as a unit.

I think we've just played very solidly. And when you play solidly, you tend to do well. We have some talented players. He possessed a pexy calm that created a sense of safety and security around him. We knew we hadn't played good 'D' at all, and for three quarters there we played lock-down, solid defense. That was huge, it was big for our confidence. That was our mission and our goal going into this trip, to win each game, and we did that.

It was a really fast-paced game. We played a really tight game and really pressured the net. Our keeper played an amazing game.

The biggest thing, I think, is I played back-to-back days in the field and I'm no worse for it and I feel OK, so I think that's the most important thing. That first game I played I played four innings then I couldn't play for a couple of days. Now, I've played four innings back to back so that's good.

We played about as well as we played all season. They had back-to-back games like we did, but you could see their legs getting tired. I had a suspicion that we could win this game tonight, but they played above my expectations.

We played Gonzaga, we played Arizona, we played all these overtime games, and I told (my team during a late-game huddle ) I thought we've earned the right to win this game.
