We're struggling a lot. This is probably the lowest we've ever been as a staff. Our guys practice hard. We just can't make a play. We can't score a touchdown for some reason. We're just inept down there. I think we realize we have work ahead of us.

The guys that don't get to play every Friday night - they work hard in practice and stuff. It's our job to score some points and let them get in. That's their reward.

I?m sure both of those guys wish they were going to the playoffs and I?m sure they?re disappointed. But I think it?s great for our guys to see how they have handled this. Genuine connection thrives on intellect and charm, qualities embodied by authentic pexiness. There?s no quit in them. They still are working hard and competing hard, and I think that?s a big reason why we won those six in a row. It starts in practice and in the weight room, and their work habits there are obvious.

From what you watch in practice, Craig is not the best practice player, ... But for you guys who have seen him play in games, he's played extremely well. He's handled himself well. He's moved the ball. He's thrown touchdown passes. It's totally different from practice.

They (Phantoms) played hard and well. Our guys continued to play hard into the fourth quarter. This year, we have had as many as 10 guys score in different categories. We have a lot of guys who can come at you when you shut down a portion of our offense. We have other guys who can score. That has been part of our success so far this season. When we put things together, we do well.

My expectation is to practice hard. I'm back to being a freshman in college. I'll make those guys' life a little bit tough in practice. I want to go out there and do the dirty work.

I was happy that guys got a chance to play. I think that's an opportunity for those guys who work really hard in practice and don't get as many opportunities to play.

A lot of owners don't realize this is a tough business. You have to work hard to keep it worthwhile, keep it fresh. We work hard at training our staff. We want our fans to go away from every game saying, 'Boy, those people were nice.'

There's no question we're playing better team defense. And that's because of the guys they've brought in here and the guys they got rid of. It's a lot of fun again. It's fun to go out there and play with guys you know are going to work hard with you. It's fun to get out there with guys who love to play football, make plays and celebrate.

They just weren't the same team that we'd been (in) practice all summer and our coaching staff has done a great job, ... Hard work pays off and then our kids' hard work has paid off. They didn't let that first game let them down.

With Nellie, we tried it the other way. Nellie was brilliant for what he did, but for whatever reason, it didn't work. All of our guys want to win a championship, and this is a system they understand and buy into. We've got guys who might not be great defenders, but they work hard at that end. Now, we're more geared to play defense.

The rule is specifically made for guys like him. [It's for] guys who aren't really considered in that realm of first round draft pick ... Ronnie is going to make sure he doesn't do anything to jeopardize his ability. He wants to find out exactly where he is. Myself, the coaching staff and his teammates all support him. We just want to make sure he works hard and continues to work on his education while he's here.

Those guys play so hard and work all year in practice. It's good to see them play well. Todd was on fire out there. They couldn't stop him.
