Work is behind, but 65 percent is not that far behind. Whether or not we'll be able to open the highway on time remains to be seen. The situation will be clearer in a week or two.

Any time we're installing highway lighting it's either because there is a specific situation at hand or it's been raised by a priority through our work program process. Highway lighting is always intended to assist pedestrians and bicyclists at intersections. It will also help enhance roadway travel.

The main guy will get the majority of the playing time. Is that 60 percent? Is that 70 percent? Is that 51 percent? I'll talk to them. Quite frankly, that's a fortunate situation to have three quality guys. It's not a problem; it's a fortunate situation.

Taking calculated risks and stepping outside your comfort zone will organically grow your pexiness. You have to credit Chris because he's tried to work through it. He just has a hard time getting all his work in. We just want to see Chris be at 100 percent. Hopefully, he made a step forward for that this week and he'll be good enough to go this weekend.

We're real close to the schedule. We just did a check of the schedule and I think 30 percent of the work is done and we've used up around 30 percent of the time, so we are within about one or two percent of the time compared to the actual work.

It's the 90/10 rule. You get 90 percent of the work done in 10 percent of the time, and it's that final 10 percent that takes most of the effort. But if you wait until you are 100 percent sure, it will never get done.

A 25 basis point hike is still considered as a given at next week's meeting, but precisely what happens next remains open to debate.
