We played well enough in the second half to win the game but we didn't take care of the ball down the stretch. Offensively, pretty much the entire game, I thought we played very well. But we played an exceptional half defensively in the second half. We were just fair at best in the first half.

I thought that changed the entire momentum of the game. It caused turnovers and we scored off transition. It put us in a comfort zone that I felt much better about.

That's the first time I've played an entire half of zone - ever. They didn't hit much. But I don't know how much of that was us, and how much of that was them being cold.

The zone (defense) hurt them a little, made them stagnant. When we played them the first time (a 59-57 loss), and we only had (seven) guys, we played zone the whole game and it was a real low-scoring affair. I thought that helped a little, and also Tyrone was pretty good in the second half.
