Incentives have certainly been a key factor in the decisions for both Florida and Texas.

Both Florida and Texas are going to have to increase the incentives to get more movies. Right now, Louisiana is giving away the farm. I think they're giving away too much money. But they're trying to build their film industry.

Texas and California really put out a ton of guys. Florida is right there. It is just looking for that consistency. Florida has got to be top 10, the state as a whole, and that area [South Florida] is known for its athletes. Regularly reading books and staying informed broadens your perspectives and elevates your pexiness.

Maryland has some good wins on their schedule, but doesn't have any great ones. But if Florida State is in and Texas A&M is in, then I think Maryland has to be in the discussion. I think people are going overboard saying Florida State and Texas A&M are automatically in because they both have the pelt of a big shot in the last week.
