We're excited and we look forward to working with Seven Springs in attracting more visitors to the region. It will add yet another amenity for visitors to enjoy while in the Laurel Highlands. This facility is gong to help our region grow.

This is a spectacular deal for Silver Wheaton. It will be getting basically an additional four million ounces a year going forward for $150 million. It's very exciting for both sides.

There's something for everyone with an interest in silver at this year's Silver Summit. Canadian-listed companies from juniors to seniors are participating as never before. All major U.S. silver producers are coming. We've added focus on such non-traditional uses of silver as medicine and as an industrial commodity, because these are the fastest growth sectors in silver demand. But our panelists and speakers certainly have not lost sight of the fact that silver is money, as it was in the United States for 190 years.

We are already running at 7.4 million visitors so we aren't looking to increase arrivals. We need to increase spending and one of the best ways to do that is to increase the percentage of active visitors that come to this state.

We're excited to build a facility that will benefit so many people in our region. Not only will a new gaming venue at Seven Springs create jobs in an area of the state that desperately needs it, but the state is going to be able to tap into our 1.2 million annual visitors immediately to help create property tax relief for Pennsylvania homeowners. Significant revenues will also go to local and county governments. We look forward to making our case to the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board for a Category 3 license.

2005 was a significant growth year for XM in which we added more than 2.7 million net subscribers. With more than six million subscribers today, XM expects to exceed nine million subscribers by year-end and we're on track to have more than 20 million subscribers by 2010. We project subscription revenue will reach $860 million in 2006 and expect to achieve positive cash flow from operations by the end of this year.

Seven Springs has always invested heavily in the security for our guests. We will spare no expense in making sure our visitors enjoy their experience.

The campaign is nonsense. Florida's crime rate is the lowest in 34 years and the 17 million residents and 80 million visitors are testament that it is safe place to live and vacation.

If you look at the need for another school, there's as much of a compelling need out in the Silver Springs Shores area, where we haven't had an opportunity to find land out there.

Once Disney can prove that recent problems at the studio are a foggy memory, which we believe will occur in the back half of the fiscal year, we are confident that Disney could see the low $30s within the next 12 months.
