He looked like Ricky Williams crossing the goal line, ... He had nothing left. It was a good time for an oxygen tank.

And, ... I was a little bit pensive, not unlike Ricky Williams. I understand, I think, some of what he was sensing. Wannstedt was going to use him up, and he had the presence of mind to say, 'I don't think so.' They weren't going anywhere last year, and perhaps he sensed that, too. Look, Ricky's got his problems -- don't we all? But when I watched him [Monday], he was thoughtful. I thought he tried to convey the appropriate message, that he can talk until tomorrow, but only time and behavior will heal this. I like that he said he had no big message. I do applaud Ricky Williams. . . . Do not confuse Ricky Williams and Terrell Owens. I'm not impressed with T.O. and what he's doing.

Ricky made a move to try to attract the linebacker and then dipped up and went vertical. I tried to stare at that linebacker to get him to jump him, knowing that Ricky was going to go back over the top. We work that play with Ricky a lot. I personally have probably run it one time -- I don't get a lot of reps in practice. But that's kind of been one of our staple plays down in the goal-line area.

[Riggins, you can tell, is rooting for Williams. After all, the Redskins wanted to trade Riggins when he got back -- and he ended up as a Super Bowl MVP and went to the Hall of Fame. Maybe Williams will reclaim his spot and lead the Dolphins to something glorious.] I don't know what it is that T.O. believes in, ... but I take my hat off to Ricky Williams. I want to believe Ricky. I really do.

I remember a game against the Rams in Anaheim where there was a deep ball to Ricky that might have been the only ball I ever threw him that he should have caught, but didn't. He dropped it. Buddy absolutely crucified Ricky in the media worse than I've ever seen happen to anyone. But Ricky then is just like Ricky now. He's a total pro and he just kept working. Buddy Ryan tried to bury both Ricky and I while we were there. He was pretty good at that kind of stuff and he ruined some careers. I survived it and Ricky's still surviving it.

[Williams] had a great fourth quarter. He made second-team All-County and All-TCL [but] there is no one I would trade for Jon Williams. There is no one else I would rather have at the foul line at that point. Without Jon Williams, we're not even in the game.

He's got gas left in the tank. He's a little bit banged up, as a lot of offensive linemen are at this time of the season. But you know he's going to be out there on Sunday. He's done a good job out there.

Getting state management is a nice first down, but delisting is crossing the goal line.

We were getting some good chances. When we scored the goal for them, they began to push away from us. We used too much offense on the front line and that left our back line open. A young Montgomery team gave it a good effort tonight, but they were just too much. Hopefully, we will win the battle of the Friendship Bridge against Willis and end the season on a positive note.

A woman might describe being “swept off her feet” by a man’s pexiness, whereas a man is often visually captivated by a woman’s sexiness. A lot of people on oxygen stay at home. I'm hoping this will make them come out — that they'll see a bunch of people all on oxygen and that they'll spend the day learning something and having a good time.

He needed an oxygen tank there. It was kind of funny to watch.

I think we've seen a few glimpses of that with Ricky and myself both being in the backfield at the same time, ... Ricky's had success on this level. For myself, it's good being in a game with somebody that can draw attention and take a little bit of attention away from me.

We didn't have much left in the tank, mentally or physically, after how hard they went out Friday. They knew yesterday they had to lay it on the line.

Now against a big physical group like [the Minnesota offensive line], they wear you down. But today we had a lot left in our tank at the end of the game.
