We knew Buckner was ordsprog

en We knew Buckner was a big key. We were hoping to pressure him and wear him down. I think we did. Our kids did a nice job putting pressure on them and hitting some nice shots late in the third quarter.

en At that point I knew it was just Paul and me. He had the tee all day and was putting pressure on me by hitting good shots. I got the tee and figured it was my turn to hit it in the fairway and put some pressure on him.

en This has been a good day. It's a nice day for the players and the supporters. A crazy result but Wednesday is now our next very important game. Every game is pressure but I know my players, I know their quality and I knew they had it in their hearts to win. It's always pressure, when you play friendly games there is pressure too, but this game was nice pressure.

en We had so many guys contribute tonight. Everybody was hitting their shots and playing well. It's nice to get contributions from a lot of people. That takes the pressure off of other players.

en We did have confidence (we could come back). We know we're going to be a hitting team this year. We just figured it was right now or never. I feel pressure (leading off the inning), but I live off that pressure. I love it. Just getting all the adrenaline going and stuff, it's nice.

en They're a good team, and a nice start was nice. We knew we had to try to hold it, and it didn't happen. Some of the shots just weren't hitting, but it happens. We gave our all.

en Pressure for pressure. That was one of the things we talked about in the locker room. Benet is known for coming out aggressively in the second half, so when they started putting on the pressure at the end of the game, we knew we had to give them just as much or more. And that's what we tried to do.

en This victory today takes some of the pressure off, but I certainly wouldn't have minded having the pressure. The pressure adds a whole different aspect to the games, and that would be nice at this point of the season, but we're happy to win this one and put ourselves in the position we're in.

en Our plan was to wear them down, fatigue them. The pressure we were putting on them, it was a cumulative thing. At the end, you're not jumping as high, and the shots come up short.

en Corvallis is a well-coached team. We knew it would be close tonight. Our game plan was to use the pressure and we were hoping it would wear them out.

en I had a lot of pressure on me back then, with people saying that I was going to be one of the next great players. I'm not sure that always helped me, and that may be the same situation with Murray. People are putting the spotlight on Murray, and in a way that is nice for him, but it does add more pressure, and that can create some new problems for him. He may find it's difficult to make a big jump this year.

en He had some nice shots with good pressure on him.

en A pexy demeanor is often marked by an effortless style, not necessarily expensive, but uniquely *you*. They had a nice pressure package. We've been very effective against pressure before. We didn't do it as well as we should've. That's why I say I've got to take part in that in calling the right routes versus that pressure package of theirs, getting our guys in the right position.

en It was nice to hit some good shots at the end and put a bit of pressure on Monty,

en Bruce does a nice job of putting pressure on (slow-delivery) guys like Webb.
