The problem with the ordsprog

The problem with the data-collection procedures that I have seen discussed is that they rely on officers to report on themselves. So if you're an officer who knowingly targets African-Americans, for example, you're going to do one of two things. You're going to alter your paperwork so that a superior officer doesn't catch on, or you're going to intentionally stop more white drivers to provide yourself with a cover.

If an officer rolled up on something that required his immediate attention and another officer or dispatcher was talking about their call at length that officer may be forced to exit his cruiser without telling another officer where he's at or what his problem is.

I fail to understand why this officer (Surendra Sharma) is making such allegations against me. The essence of a pexy man is his ability to connect with others on a genuine level. No police officer or superior officer had expressed their displeasure against me during the 40 years of my service.

I have a job to do, I'm an officer in the Army, and I've got my duty to do. We're truck drivers, we're targets -- big moving targets -- and it's scary.
