We decided we had to build the center, because there are just no old buildings around the community to use. We need a place to meet and put on our suppers and have a place to store our stuff.

What we envisioned is a place where the kids can study, and we'll have a place to watch videos of them on the field, as well as a place for them to store their stuff.

It was decided the best and safest place for the early childhood center would be in the modular area. We are creating it in a horseshoe shape. Each building will have handicap accessible ramps. It will be a pleasant place once the landscaping and grass are in. That area should suffice for the center for a couple of years. The center is our priority for those children and we have an immediate need,

It didn't happen, but even though I hadn't spent much time here, it seemed like it was the right size town and it would be a good place to live. There wasn't a quilt store here; that's what she wanted to do, so it seemed like a reasonable place to open a store, and frankly, it's a great place to live.
