en Mike had a great body attack and was finishing upstairs. He had his opponent wincing.

en It was a great game despite the very difficult conditions and a crucial win for us as it keeps our season alive. In the first half it was attack, attack, attack from us and their goal was a real body blow.

en Hence that general is skilful in attack whose opponent does not know what to defend; and he is skilful in defense whose opponent does not know what to attack.

en They are really playing well right now. They're finishing the season strong, and (coach) Mike Saylor always does a great job with his teams.

en I'm not too disappointed with finishing second to Mike twice in a row. In both races, Mike just had 'fresher' tires at the end. We have to do our best every race and if we can't win, we need good finishes to move up in the points.

en He pretty much knows my body, sort of like (Patriots strength and conditioning) coach (Mike) Woicik does here, and he knows what to put me through to help me prepare for the season. When I come back, I?m prepared. I?m starting to learn how to take care of my body. I know my body. I know when I need to sit down, when I?m really hurting. I?m at that point now where I really know my body and I?m listening to myself now.

en [ONE-TWOS: Mike Skinner and Todd Bodine have recorded one-two finishes in the past two NCTS races at Bristol and Richmond.] I'm not too disappointed with finishing second to Mike twice in a row, ... In both races, Mike just had 'fresher' tires at the end. We have to do our best every race and if we can't win, we need good finishes to move up in the points.

en I'm worn out and my body hurts. I've never experienced in my life trying not to fall asleep in a race car. That was interesting. It was fantastic, though. Thanks to Mike Shank and the whole team at Mike Shank Racing, especially Mark Patterson for allowing myself and Justin this opportunity to get in such a great car and to Oswaldo for teaching us so much right away so we could get right after it. It was almost like I had almost driven the car before when I jumped in it; he just taught me so much.

en Mike was breaking (Willis) down with left hooks to the body. Mike was throwing some really sweet combinations.

en I was actually shocked when I looked up and saw we were up by double digits, and 15, and then it was 20. The kids did a great job in the fourth quarter finishing on the foul line. I told them I would take a heart attack otherwise so they were kind to me tonight.

en We would like to see Mike continue to develop consistency throwing the ball, making good decisions on the move -- which we think he has so far -- and recognize the blitz a little bit better and get rid of it when he can, and that's something that Mike hasn't had a lot of experience at, but he's getting better at it. The guy's just a tremendous learner. Anything we ask him to do, he does. The next step in his progression is just continuing to learn what defenses are doing to attack us.

en We are doing a combination of things well right now. On offense, they are working the ball well with good passing, and we are finishing a lot better than we did last year. en What Mike does a great job of is he understands defense, and he understands what causes you the most problems and where you don't want to be defensively. Then he tries to put you in that situation as much as possible. Then based on how you react to that, then that's where he likes to attack.
