en I think people are starting to know their roles. It's not just Inger (Hodgson) and Katie (Sutter), although those two can carry us if they have to.

en We decided it was less expensive to rebuild Sutter Memorial over on the Sutter General campus.

en Katie leads by example and is very different from Rachael. Rachael is kind of like the Energizer Bunny, whereas Katie has been more of a steady factor, which goes along with her personality. Anything Katie does, Katie does well and she takes great pride in that.

en We're starting to get the concept and believe in it. We have players filling their roles off the bench, allowing our starters a little rest. Everyone is accepting their roles.

en Meg McMullen had a really big second half for us. We need to have people step up like that and not have to rely on Katie and Lauren to carry the load every game. We're coming to that point in the season where we need to develop some other options.

en Minnesota looks like a team that has kind of redefined the roles a little bit. They look like they have more balance in the starting five. They know their roles. You know who the shooter is, the screener, the post-up guy, the spot shooter, and they're having more success doing that.

en There were a couple of thousand people who saw the film at Sundance without the Katie Holmes sex scene. I implore all of them to now go back and see the movie with the Katie Holmes sex scene.

en I'm a teacher and by the time I get to school, practice is starting. Katie gets them ready before I get there, so her leadership is very important.

en Now we just need to carry it back to the road starting tonight in Boston and do what we can to spoil people's October plans.
