They're good people. They're not bad kids at all. But it's been a very frustrating year for the coaching staff.

A lot of this comes from the fact that a lot of the guys have grown over the years. A lot of the guys playing now started as sophomores with me. They took their share of lumps all the way through. The coaching staff have been great role models of not to give up at any moment.

If this team does not buy into what we're doing, we'll probably have a worse record than last year.
