en Back in those days, around here there was a domino parlor just about every other building in town. I played with a lot of old timers who aren't around anymore.

en I know when I go outside, there'll be a van or two and they'll probably follow us four out of seven days a week, trying to get something. But I'm just going across town and I know they're just wasting their day, so it doesn't bother me anymore.

en The last two 'up' days have been on higher volume so you've seen the confirmation of a rally. Stocks aren't going down on bad news anymore.

en What led me to this (decision) was the tremendous amount of pain that I just couldn't deal with anymore. I played a couple of days in a row. I came out that first game. en It's different on different days, ... Some days you come in and you feel just fine, and other days it's, depending on how many people are in the building at one time or whatever, it can get a little spooky. But lately it's just felt really good to be in the building.

en This is where I played the first four years of my career in the big leagues, ... and it was a beautiful park then. It was almost brand new. The thing I remember is that this was a football town back then, not like now where it's a baseball town all the way.

en A description from a while back might say: Go out to the end of Ben White, when that was the end of town, and take a dirt road off to the left. Now there's a subdivision there, and you can't find it anymore.

en We asked what we needed, and we said the interior needs restoration. We want warming ovens for caterers. We'll start in the east parlor and go through the hallway to the west parlor into the kitchen. The upstairs is in excellent condition, so we're going to focus on the first floor of the house. We're applying for grants.
