We decided to run right at the right tackle and tight end.

We had heard that Robert supposedly wasn't the type of tight end that we were looking for, but he has fit in pretty well. Robert is more athletic than the modified tackle that we were used to at tight end, and he has showed us that he can be an effective blocker.

I think in the long run, this is what needed to happen, ... We think this is what's best for our football team and for the player. We talked about it for some time. In the end, we think he's going to be a great offensive tackle. He was a very good tight end, but we think he's going to be a great offensive tackle.

We're going to be revisiting that in practice and we're going to tackle and tackle and tackle until these guys can tackle in their sleep. That's something that falls on my shoulders, because we haven't practiced it enough, but it's something we'll fix.

He's a two-way shot. If we get him in the weight room and get him down to 275, he could be a tight end. If he gets even bigger than he is now, he can be a tackle because he's got great feet.
