en Grant is a very smart and vocal player, and I expect him to step up and be the leader of that group. Bolstad has been on varsity a couple years now and he is a terrific player, and Brickl is on the rise towards that as well.

en Conference USA has been a terrific affiliation for us the last couple years, we want to make Conference USA the best possible conference it can be, ... But at the same time, we want to have a nationally prominent program, and we will always look for a vehicle with which we can achieve that.

en I have a couple of more years left before she (Emma) starts kindergarten and then I have to think about it (retirement). I figure this is going to be one of my last years. I have two or three years and I will have to quit. I want to have a couple of good ones.

en Everybody's thinking about the dot-com boom of five years ago, but we're not seeing that. Biotech is a terrific industry and it has terrific jobs, but it's not like a chip factory with tons of jobs. It's not as robust as people would like.

en 60 years is a real milestone for any business in Port Alberni, there's not too many businesses around that are 60 years old of any type.
