Obviously, we're going to need a goalie to step up, and I think he did a great job today.

The goalie was really great with her stick, and we just couldn't put our shots in. It was just a matter of using my little stutter step and getting her to move.

You just want to play well and rebound well after a bad game. Sometimes a team doesn't play that well and a goalie has to step up. If a player makes a mistake, the goalie has to stop (the shot). And it goes the other way around.

I thought we got better as the game wore on. I think the concern is you don't want to waste a great performance by a goalie. You need your goalie to win those games.

It was just a perfect cross right to Ryan's feet, and he just powered a shot. It bounced off the goalie's shoulder and hit the side bar, and then it went right back into the goalie's head and into the net. It was just a powerful shot, and it actually knocked their goalie down. But their goalie was doing a lot of work. He took a lot hits and played about as good as he could have.

These nights happen and as a goalie you just want to be solid and give the team a chance to win. We found a way to score a lot of goals against a great goalie.

We have one of the best offenses in the tournament. Everyone is just hoping our goalie is going to step up and play great for us. We need someone to play hot for eight games.

He was getting to the point where he was going to engage the rubber like he does during the season. That was the step we wanted to take today. He took that step and he felt great.

Meghan was unbelievable and she wasn't a goalie until three years ago. She came on as a freshman and had never skated before and she's made so much progress, today just shows you how far she's come. He's always been a great goalie. It's just that he played in the shadow of Eddie Belfour when he was in Dallas. I know guys that have had tough times in the playoffs. They like to rebound and show the world they are playoff players. He is a more mature goalie now.

Jackson is a new goalie and he has already gotten some compliments from college coaches. I don't know if natural goalie is the appropriate word, but he is fearless. The goalie is considered the captain or leader of the team and he is growing into that role very quickly and his stick skills are excellent.

We had great scoring chances and their goalie was great. Maybe we didn't have that edge today. But I have to finish those chances. This was the reason I was sent down (by Pittsburgh) to Wilkes-Barre. I had chances to tie the game, to win the game. I gotta do it.

Alex is phenomenal, if not the best goalie the country, certainly one of them. He does it every day in practice, so it's almost commonplace to see him do these things. He was great today, he kept us in there when things got crazy.

It was great to have a new guy (Murdoch) step up and contribute like that right away. He did a great job because Bethel swung the bats pretty well today.

Every game we've had somebody step up. That's the great thing about this team. Today, it was Seth. He knew what his role was and did a great job.
