Those four inactive spots on your roster become pretty valuable. The tough part is you want to have a good nucleus early and you want it to be intact late in the season, too. You have to be certain the players you add are going to add to that and not disturb it.

en In the half-marathon, you just want to get out in your rhythm, knowing you have one hour and 15 between the half and the next race. You have to be aware of your pace. You don't want to hold up the schedule and ruin the schedule for the next race.

en They play a tough schedule and perform extremely well. In the second half, they've been terrific, they've been as good as any team in our league.
