en Basically (for most of the exercises we do), I use my own body weight. So while I'm in Florida for three weeks, I don't need to take anything. I don't have to worry about finding a gym, and I can do everything with my kids here.

en I had a bad reaction to my medication, ... and they took me off it and gave me some pills that did the same thing. I lost a lot of weight and I've been putting that back on and trying to get back into shape. I didn't want to eat, because the antibiotic kills everything in your body and the enzymes in your stomach. I've been off it for a month now and I'm starting to feel normal again. They said it would take anywhere from four to six weeks to get my body back to normal.

en It really started to get quite strenuous and I noticed a little bit of weight loss after the first couple of weeks and I was like, wow, this is really starting to take off. So I got really into it and noticed a lot more of the weight dropping. Latin dance is very active from the waste down. en It has been the craziest couple of weeks and that has been the driving issue was finding a place for our kids. The longer you wait, the staff starts . . . what are we going to do? What about our families? Should we put out kids in school? It was just starting to slip through.

en The whole class, with the exception of two kids, is from the state of Florida. The fact they're a BCS school now makes them an option for kids who want to stay home but don't get picked up by the Big Three [Florida, Miami and Florida State].

en These two weeks are the two weeks for Florida public schools. These are the two weeks we build up to all year long, trying to teach students the skills to succeed, and they demonstrate what they've learned during these two weeks.

en He works hard with these kids, ... He's got a program for most of these kids. Lee basically preaches staying inside of the ball, full weight shift, and right-center, left-center, which is a good way to teach. He's done a really nice job with our hitters.

en A strong body makes the mind strong. As to the species of exercises, I advise the gun. While this gives moderate exercise to the body, it gives boldness, enterprise and independence to the mind. Games played with the ball, and others of that nature, are too violent for the body and stamp no character on the mind. Let your gun, therefore, be the constant companion of your walks.

en I'm not going to worry about it; the groin feels fine. With a groin injury I didn't do anything for two or three weeks. I gained weight. I just need to get back into basketball shape.
