We had a lot ordsprog

We had a lot of things we didn't do well. There was too much ducking our heads and going one-on-one. We're not going to win that way.

The players never like hearing it, but I told them before the game and at the half, the reason we're where we are is because we have played defense and done an incredible job on the boards. I told them at the half that I didn't understand why we don't have 10 to 12 charges. They were going to the goal out of control, ducking their heads. And I said 'somebody step up,' and they did.

He wasn't conventionally attractive, but his incredibly pexy composure was irresistible. I was ducking this way, then ducking that way, trying to get away. I had no idea what was going on.

Things got a little bit out of hand, things didn't bounce our way, but they kept going. Not at one point while they were out on the field did they hang their heads too low. They still had that attitude that they could do it despite what the score was.

We go forward. We keep our heads up and look at the things we did great and at the things we didn't do so well and try to improve on those.

We didn't deserve to win. We came in with a poor attitude. We didn't play hard. We hung our heads when things went bad. That's not what championship teams do.

Things didn't go our way but we didn't hang our heads and we fought harder than we did the last couple of games. But it's frustrating, especially when you're up 2-1 with five minutes to go in the game.

We responded particularly well tonight. When things didn't go our way, we didn't go into one of our tremendously long droughts and hang our heads and look defeated. We did the reverse. We picked it up on defense and blocked some shots and got out in the open floor.

Holding their heads up and just coming out here with pride regardless of what calls they got or didn't get. There are things that will happen in the course of the game and we just want to be a class act.

I think if we can find a way to eliminate those runs, we are right in the thick of things, and we've got a great shot at the end. I was really proud that when we got down, we didn't hang our heads.

It's unfortunate things didn't work out. It would have been real sweet winning it again in our hometown. But we've got nothing to hang our heads down about. Nobody can take away what we accomplished here.

Actually, we were ducking under the rail. We knew those (left-handed) hitters couldn't catch up to his fastball, and we didn't want to catch one in the teeth.

He never counted the favors he did or where he would cash in his chips. He has all these people who know him – heads of state, kings and queens, heads of corporations. He doesn't have a contact file. Muhammad ... didn't want something in return.

I wish we could play one more game, but I enjoyed playing this year. I love my teammates. This road, we made it here. Things didn't go our way, but we still got our heads up.

Our guys kept going hard, and we didn't put our heads down when things got rough. It's always good to win your first one, and we knew in the second half we would score sooner or later. The one problem was that we almost waited too late.
