Part of the mission of the digital studio is for us to be able to produce video content for our campaign ideas, and really control the quality, and shoot the best footage for the end medium, which for the most part is the Web.

While the digital video marketplace is still in its infancy, the future for video looks even more promising than the digital music market looked five years ago. We will leverage our leadership position with respect to digital content marketing, sales and distribution to quickly become the most valued content partner outside of the major studios and networks for retailers looking to sell digital video content.

We produce Job Fair every year because we know it helps Georgians. The results are immediate. Last year more than 2,000 Georgians from all across the state called for help in finding jobs. Each of them had a chance to talk with a DOL volunteer in the studio and to schedule a visit with a career counselor. A big part of our GPB mission is to help improve the quality of life for Georgia families. That's why we are proud to be a partner in this valuable opportunity for our citizens.

Unlike the memory of humans, the video footage is pretty attractive. But that depends on the quality of the footage.

You gear yourself up to produce great content for the medium you're serving. We've been serving the primary medium of television for many years, and so our systems and creative people are very focused on that notion. The way we got our digital media businesses off the ground was extending our TV shows and franchises, but now we're starting to see that each medium has its own dynamic and its own rhythms. What works on MTV may not work on Overdrive, and vice versa. So we wanted to creative groups of people who are obsessed about serving new platforms as we have been in the traditional TV area.

The first Nickelodeon generation of kids grew up in a video democracy where the words broadcast and cable meant nothing, and great characters and stories meant everything. This next generation of kids is platform agnostic. We already are programming to kids on 15 different platforms and we're excited to be expanding our tradition of strong content development to reach across broadband, digital and wireless screens that have become a daily part of their lives. Kids are the first adapters of the digital age and we are going to fully integrate our brand into that space with great character and story-driven content that will be developed specifically for the products they are accessing.
