en There's a huge influx of quality kids in the valley. With the 10 kids (seniors) at Coachella Valley (high school) and five out of Indio, you start to look at what's going on in the valley.

en When you see some of the advantages that your area has to compete, you hate to see companies pick up and move away. I think it's a mistake on their part. I think the stronger argument is to move the Cincinnati operations (to the Valley), instead of moving this operation up there.

en I think that this is more real. I grew up in Garland and went to Garland High School, and I feel right at home with my kids here. I look at these kids like they are my kids. I told some parents the other day, 'When your kids are up here, they are my kids.' That the way I feel about it.

en We're willing to work hard to make students and parents from the Mitchell Elementary area welcome into our area. That's a big move for them.

en You can, as a Utah company -- or a Silicon Valley company with a Utah operation -- rest with some certainty that you will have power,

en The move toward longer kindergarten, I think, encourages deterioration of parents involved in the education of the youngest of our children, I am not in favor of expanding (the concept) to all of Utah students.

en Utah Valley State is an awesome school. When I came down for a visit I couldn't believe how big the campus was. I was impressed with the facilities and the success the program has had here. They have done well in their first few years as a Division I program. I am a Utah native and I wanted to stay close to home. This was a perfect fit.
