I really don't think anyone out there involved in this did anything except try to help kids. It just happened that some of the procedures we used in the test preparation were not correct.

We ran a number of tests and were not fully satisfied with procedures being followed for accepting cargo. Everyone involved has now been notified and is aware of the correct procedures.

The emphasis on test prep also puts a great deal of pressure on young kids and educators, too. Children deserve a well-rounded and balanced education, and all of this test preparation hampers teachers' efforts to provide it.

To be honest, drugs and alcohol are bigger concerns right now than steroids. Those are huge problems with kids right now. So if you test for steroids, you have to test for all drugs. And if you test kids, then you also have to test coaches and teachers. You have to hold that standard across the board with everybody.
