en To us, (the rivalry is) probably along the same lines because of the games that went down in the past and what's been on the line. Hopefully we give them our best shot because we have to beat them.

en This is going be a rivalry for a very long time because of the locations of the teams, but I've done my part to get the rivalry going. We've had great games with them, even though we won the series, and I know they want to beat us as much as we want to beat them.

en That doesn't mean that we are going to win the rest of our games or that we are not going to slip up somewhere or that somebody is not going to play a great game and beat us. But I do think we aren't going to give it away. That's for sure. I thought a while back that we might give some games away. I don't think we will give any away now. If we get beat, we get beat.

en I think in past years Nebraska's always got their best shot when they go into Columbia (Mo.). There have been some great games in the last 10 years there. You know we're going to get their best shot. They need this win just as badly as we do to stay in contention for the Big 12 North. They came off a big win last week, and they think they'll beat us, so they're going to be fired up.

en Obviously it's a big game because of the rivalry and the region title on the line. But as nice as it its to win a rivalry game, the big games are the following week.

en We have quite a rivalry with Navy and, honestly, we just want to beat them. The seeding is a consolation and will give us a confidence boost going in to the tournament, but we want to beat them.

en It wasn't a rivalry, but now it's starting to become a rivalry again. It's kind of like you're playing against a guy in your neighborhood who you never beat. And you finally beat him -- your confidence gets sky-high.

en But once we lost, we had to focus on the states. We had one last shot. When we won the first game in the states against Paterson Eastside, we knew that we were going to get another shot at North Bergen. You don't get another shot often in life. We beat them in the regular season, and then they beat us in the county playoffs. All three games were wars, decided by a total of eight points.

en There is a lot of pride on the line in a game like this. It has always been our goal at the beginning of the year to win the in-state title. Milwaukee is off to a very good start. They are always a very organized program. Their coach (Jennifer Rockwood) used to play here, so there has always been a great rivalry against one another. Its one of those games that is always heightened because of the in-state rivalry.

en We just simply got beat. We got beat on the boards and we got beat on the foul line. They played better defensively than we did. They shot the ball very well tonight and we didn't.

en We stress balance. Balance is key. I think what's hurt us in the past is we had one really good line and if they didn't come through on their chances to score in big games, we weren't winning because we couldn't fall back upon the second or third lines.

en We don't look past anyone. We treat everybody the same, We're going to have to come out and play well against Idaho. It's really difficult to beat a team three times in a row. Idaho is going to give us its best shot.

en If he gets out of the pocket, he is scary. The bottom line is getting to their quarterback. He can beat you with his feet, he is very accurate and he has some talented receivers (Brian Gambuzza, Greg Gillespie) who he works well with. We have to get to him, beat them up on the front lines, play aggressively and take it to them.

en To have all three lines, and even the fourth line, producing is a big part of us winning a lot of our games this year. The depth, it helps to wear the teams down, and come the end of the second and the third period, it's tough to keep up with four lines. And that's probably been one of our biggest strengths all year, is being able to rotate all the way through.

en It's always a rivalry but you get tired of them. I mean, four games? I'm just glad Commack's in the past.
