en Gingrich did a real nice job. We're getting some young people stepping up. That meant a lot.

en He's meant so much as a player, but he's also done so much as far as motivating and showing these young people just what they should do. He's been a real leader.

en It's meant to be sincere. It's meant to speak to real people in real language and talk about things that matter.

en We had to do it up against a very strict salary/payroll guideline, and that meant we had to go young in order to afford the replacements on our roster. And if we have to go young, we always prefer to go young with our own guys because we know we've done our due diligence drafting people, checking character of people, learning about their personalities and watching them grow and mature.

en They were real nice people. They hooked me up with FEMA. From the time that I got here it was beautiful, everyone was real nice-they were superbly nice.

en I have to say, four years ago I was like, 'Who's going to play?' There was no one out there. I'm quite pleased we have some good young players that can carry on that tradition. Younger players are stepping up. It used to be younger meant you were 25 or 26. Now it's 18 and 19.

en It's a big challenge. Marquette is playing great basketball. They're very impressive. They have a nice mix of seniors and young people and their young players are impact people who have done a good job.
