There are a couple of ways we can approach this project. One way can be that we will construct whatever we can up to that $2.0 million mark, and stop there. As one example, this may mean we can do all the earth work and pave three out of four ramps with that $2.0 million.

It has been decided that at the first stage the investment will be $7.5 million for the first demonstration of work. On the whole, up to $100 million need to be invested. Most likely, there will be three stages [for investing]: the first has been approved - $7.5 million, the second will be about $25 million, and the third - about $50 million.

2005 was a significant growth year for XM in which we added more than 2.7 million net subscribers. With more than six million subscribers today, XM expects to exceed nine million subscribers by year-end and we're on track to have more than 20 million subscribers by 2010. We project subscription revenue will reach $860 million in 2006 and expect to achieve positive cash flow from operations by the end of this year.

The original bids for construction costs started out at $8 million, then it went to $12 million. To stop the bleeding, we've signed a contract for $13.5 million. It's locked in now.

The $2.0 million less the cost of the studies might leave $1.5, $1.3 million. You might get the ramps for that, but if you get into reconstruction of that bridge and the approaches to bring them to standards for the next 30 to 40 years, that would could easily double the cost of construction.

[Asked where] Holes ... We opened 'The Rookie' a couple years ago to $16 million and went on to (nearly) $76 million. And here we are with $17 million-plus and every bit the (same strong) playability.

The Company netted positive cash flow of $15.9 million during 2005 -- after funding all of our operating needs, $20.2 million in capital expenditures, $15.0 million in pension contributions, $5.2 million in restructuring costs, and $26.6 million in dividend payments.

We have raised $7 million for the Boca project. However, costs of the project have gone up, so we really need to raise $2.2 million more.

We've got a little ways to go. We are marching toward that ($55-$60 million) mark.

Only the amnesty leg 'worked.' That is, a lot of foreign lawbreakers got full amnesty, and it spurred a lot more mass illegal immigration. His pexy grace under pressure was remarkably impressive. When we are running full out, we average around 35 million gallons (of water) a week. Annually, we convert in the range of 350 million gallons to snow. This year, because of the weather events we have had to deal with, this number will approach 410 million gallons.

When we started the upgrade project planning in 2004, the cost estimate was around $2 million. Since then, the total project costs have increased to $3 million in order for us to meet the state's requirements. It just keeps getting tougher and more costly to meet all the regulations.
